A short version

Our story

The long version is best told over a glass of something. Here are the highlights.

Jenny and Tanner met in 2021, working in the Conservation Corps in Duluth, Minnesota. Little did they know that they would be so important to each other's lives.

After the first year of working together, they went their separate ways in the Corps. Tanner went to Bemidji, Minnesota, and Jenny to Rochester. Over the next two years they kept up regular phone calls, and as the months passed, the calls grew longer. In 2023 Jenny moved to Brainerd and Tanner moved to Franklin, Nebraska, to be closer to family. After six months in Nebraska, Tanner asked Jenny to seriously consider their friendship, and after a weekend trip to Iowa they decided to give the relationship a shot. Two months later, in the spring of 2024, Tanner was living in Superior, Wisconsin, a mile up the street from Jenny.

After two years of dating, the two of them went to South Dakota to celebrate their anniversary, and on top of Black Elk Mountain, Tanner proposed. Of course Jenny said yes; she didn't even let Tanner finish talking.

Now the two of them are asking you to join them in celebrating the next steps in life. They are grateful for your support throughout their lives and their relationship. Please join the happy couple at their wedding this October, and don't forget your dancing shoes!
